Rates include an afternoon snack on arrival and full breakfast everyday.
Each room can accommodate a maximum of two persons.
Children over 12 are welcome if you take an extra room. 
$115.00 for the first night, $100.00 for additional nights, plus tax;
Queen En suite: $140 1st night, $125 additional nights, plus state and county sales tax.

Visa/Mastercard/Discover and cash accepted.

Reservations and Cancellations Policy:
Full deposit for one night: for longer stays, a 50% deposit is required.

Full refunds given if cancellation is received two weeks prior to reserved date;
50% refund if deposit is returned when a cancellation is received less than two weeks
prior to reserved date; no refund is given when cancellation is received 3 days prior to reserved date.

A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted for any refund given.
