Rates include an afternoon snack and full breakfast. Each room can accommodate a maximum of two persons. Children are welcome if you take both rooms.  $85.00 per night per room, plus NYS sales tax.

Reservation/cancellation Policy:

Full deposit for one night: for longer stays, a 50% deposit is required.

Full refund given if cancellation is received two weeks prior to reserved date; 50% refund if deposit is returned

when a cancellation is received less than two weeks prior to reserved date; no refund is given

when cancellation is received 3 days prior to reserved date.
